How it works

These settings control which messages you receive. You can change them anytime. By default, we need to send operational communications to manage your booking/purchase.

1) Booking-related notifications (operational)

• Purchase confirmation (if applicable)
• Booking confirmation
• Booking reminder

2) Slot release alerts

Includes operational messages and alerts when a matching time slot becomes available.

3) Marketing permissions

Includes occasional offers, updates and general notices. Low frequency. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Legal bases & retention

• (1) Operational: contract performance/legitimate interest.
• (2) and (3): data subject consent. We keep a timestamp and IP for audit while consent remains valid and for a minimal audit window thereafter.
• No data is shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Change or withdraw consent

Adjust settings in your account or email silvina@turinconnatural.es. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
