• Booking/purchase data: selected service, date/time, amount and payment method (we do not store sensitive payment details).
• Browsing/analytics data: aggregated/anonymous information from cookies or similar identifiers (see Cookies/Analytics).

• Send strictly operational messages (purchase/booking confirmations and reminders).
• Measure site usage and improve our services with Google Analytics.

• Consent for optional communications (slot-release alerts and marketing).

• Bookings/purchases: up to 6 years (accounting/tax obligations).
• Comms preferences: until you withdraw consent.
• Analytics data: per Google Analytics retention (16 months).

We do not share personal data with third parties, except where required by law or with service providers (e.g., hosting, transactional email and Google Analytics) under data processing agreements.
